OVERRIDES
Overrides are the difference between the different commission levels. For example: On PayAccel Plus Plan, a Consultant is paid at 30% commission and Sub-Licensee is paid at 40% commission, therefore a Sub-Licensee would receive a 10% override on any PayAccel Plus Plan closed by his/her first line Consultants.
A Consultant in Training will receive 20% commission therefore a Consultant at 30% would receive the difference of 10%, a Sub-Licensee, the difference of 20%.
GENERATION OVERRIDES
When a Licensee promotes one of their down-line Sub-Licensees to a Licensee, the representative then goes direct to the Company. This entitles the promoting Licensee to a 5% override on the promoted Licensee’s organization.
These generation overrides will remain with the promoting Licensee, as described in the license agreement, and cannot be denied except through voluntary termination or termination with cause from the Company.
SALES OVERRIDES
A 10% sales override is provided to the sales organization or sales person that closes the sale for the Consultant or Licensee. This 10% commission is deducted from the Consultant or Licensees Commission. For example; if the commission level is 30% and a sales rep closes the sale for the Consultant, the sales rep would receive 10% and the Consultant would receive 20%.
ORGANIZATION OVERRIDES
If an organization is recruited that organization will receive a 10% override on all sales generated by that organization. This 10% override is taken from 5% of the commissions of the recruiting Consultant or Licensee and 5% from the *Company. For example; if the Consultant commission level is 30% the override organization would receive 10% and the Consultant would receive 25% for every sale generated by that organization at that commission level.
