PayAccel™ HELOC (Mortgage Eliminator)
This program is for homeowners with good credit. The only debt they have is a mortgage or they are able to consolidate all of their non-mortgage debt into a HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) leaving them with a mortgage and a HELOC. In some cases not all debt is consolidated into a HELOC. Client is taught the PayAccel HELOC system to aggressively pay down their mortgage. This system is also good for individuals wanting to invest in the near future.
Client Description – Homeowner’s with good credit and enough equity to qualify for a HELOC. They are familiar with online banking and have Internet access.
Service Description – Client receives 9 Steps to Wealth System and a comprehensive coaching tracking system. Their personal financial coach will work with them in setting up their HELOC system, provide them with mathematical calculations needed to implement it as well as follow up with them for a full year. The tracking system and support provided by the personal coach ensures optimal success of program.
